One difference is their clothes before the clothes were great and smart,however, now wear the dress but not as smart as before.
Another difference is that before the queens were in more detail than now. Also, before queens wore a big cleavage in their dresses and not now.
One similarity is that the two queens have a lots of jewellery.

In my opinion the dress of Queen Elizabeth I are prettier because they have more details and looks more elegant than the other. The dress of Queen Elizabeth II is more bland than that of Queen Elizabeth I!!
